We’re excited to announce that Nicole Brazzale is joining us a a guest blogger! To get to know her better, here are a few facts and tidbits about what makes her dynamic:

What does it mean, to you, to be a Dynamic Woman?
Being a Dynamic Woman means being selfFUL. Taking care of myself so that I can take care of others. Being dynamic means using my past experiences to help others, being energetic, passionate, and real.

How are you dynamic in your life?
I am dynamic in my life by showing up every day with energy, passion, and transparency. I take care of myself FIRST (even if that means waking up at 4am) and prioritize my mental and physical health; I know that when I feel my best, I can help others feel their best!

How are you dynamic in your business?
I am dynamic in my business by helping women become the best version of themselves through health and fitness. I use my past experiences, empathy, and energy to be a catalyst for women looking to improve their lives.

How has the way you approach relationships changed since becoming a part of the Dynamic Women?
I have always approached relationships with empathy; since becoming apart of the Dynamic Women community, I’ve taken that empathy to the next level. I make sure to get to know the women I interact with on a deeper level, taking the time to understand their stories, and really get to know them as a human being.

Share a favourite moment from a Dynamic Women event.
I loved being apart of the Dynamic You live event; jumping on a call with all the women taking part, working through our struggles and celebrating our wins together. I’m always inspired by the women in this community.

What is 1 thing you ABSOLUTELY couldn’t live without and why?
A notebook and pen (coffee is a close second, because, well… coffee). Writing is my lifeline. When I’m happy, I write, when I’m angry, I write, when I’m sad, I write, and especially when I’m anxious, I write. If I don’t put pen to paper my thoughts never stop; problems seem bigger and overwhelming. Writing helps me slow down and compose myself. Written word is also a love language of mine; I love giving and receiving notes, which is why my husband and I exchanged letters on our wedding day instead of traditional vows. I’ve always carried a notebook and pen with me, and I always will!
